Chelsea Stuart

REGISTERED DIETITIAN, FOUNDER OF NUWLI

Chelsea has 10+ years of experience in nutrition and has worked with thousands of clients, providing both one-on-one and group support for those struggling with nutrition and wellness habits.

The founder and owner of Nuwli, a virtual nutrition private practice, her philosophy is focused on guiding individuals to learn how to:

  • Nourish their body through good nutrition...all while gaining confidence in themselves and in the kitchen.

  • Define what being "well" means to you by focusing on all dimensions of wellness including emotional, social, and physical well-being.

  • Create a better relationship with food and learn that you can still create a healthy lifestyle for the long haul, without sacrificing food and fun.

“Growing up in a family with a history of medical conditions and being a dancer, I saw many people, including myself, struggle with body image and health habits. This inspired me to pursue advanced education and a career in nutrition to help people that may be struggling with their health.

In college and early in my career, I realized my strict routines and checklists (hello to my type A folks out there!) were holding me back. I felt like a failure if I strayed from my plans, constantly worrying about how it might impact my health. It left little room to truly enjoy life.

If you’re struggling to balance health goals with living a fulfilling life, I hear you—I was in your shoes once too. But I’ve learned you can feel confident, healthy, and happy without sacrificing fun, and I’m here to help you find that balance.”

What others are saying

"Healthy, fun, and realistic way to achieve goals"

"After three babies, I needed a little extra help to get back to feeling comfortable in my own skin. Before kids, I would just exercise like crazy to lose a few pounds, but I finally decided to invest in my nutrition. After only a couple of months, I'm on track to feeling like myself again. Not only are my clothes fitting again, but I'm cooking more than ever- and it's all food my whole family likes and eats! I have been surprised by how much food I should actually be eating and feel like I have a much better handle on a good exercise/nutrition balance. Chelsea has given me a healthy, fun and realistic way to achieve my goals, without feeling deprived." - Courtney

"The best Registered Dietitian

"Chelsea is the best Registered Dietitian that I’ve ever worked with. Her practical, down to earth and balanced approach to nutrition is complimented with her realistic and goal based coaching style. She not only has the knowledge and tools to teach good nutrition but also is full of tips and tricks for practical lifestyle changes related to living a healthy life. I’ve worked with Chelsea for six years and have learned so much from her. She has coached me through so many life milestones: from weight loss, postpartum nutrition and return to full time work. I highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for personalized nutrition coaching!" - Alona

"Enthusiasm is unmatched"

"The decision to work with Chelsea was one of my best yet! I was a constant dieter and was never satisfied. Chelsea has taught me how to have a better relationship with food and with myself. Through her personalized plan that she tailored to me and my needs, I have not only lost weight but learned how to enjoy cooking and food again! Chelsea’s attention to detail and enthusiasm is unmatched. I am forever grateful for finding her!" - Lizzie

"My best investment"

"Nutrition coaching with Chelsea has been my best investment. I’ve been weight lifting and exercising consistently for 6 years, and partnering with Chelsea has been the true upgrade to my health. Her coaching style is extremely personalized and ensures obtainable goals. We set overarching health goals and focus weekly on lifestyle improvements. She’s taught me how my food directly affects my energy levels and better ways to fuel my body within my financial means. I always leave my sessions recharged and prepared for the week to come." -Julia

"Much more educated about nutrition"

"I didn't think I needed to see a dietitian, but when I started doing my own research into healthy eating and weight loss it became very overwhelming trying to figure out what advice to follow. Working with Chelsea I learned a lot about what to look for when selecting foods at the grocery store, how to balance different food groups and manage how much/what I should be eating. Furthermore, I ended up getting a lot more creative in the kitchen and have tried several different recipes I might never have thought to look for. It has still been a challenge, but I have noticed over time major differences in my diet and food choices and feel I'm much more educated about nutrition as a whole. I also dropped my body fat percentage and gained strength, which was exciting and encouraging. I definitely recommend meeting with a dietitian to help get more insight into selecting the right food for you." -Lisa

"It has been life changing

"Working with Chelsea has been incredible. I have struggled with food sensitivities and issues for the last decade and was feeling really defeated. Chelsea has helped me on my path with how to manage my food sensitivities and heal my gut. It has been life changing. I felt better instantly. I am continuing on my journey to figure out foods I can eat all while staying on course with healthy food choices and eating. I have even lost some weight in the process. I would highly recommend working with Chelsea!" -Lauren
